Hi,
I've got two questions. First, TF mentions he's eating 3-4 different meals for a certain amount of time (a week, maybe?) and then switching to another 3-4 meals. How do you guys do it? Do you have the same breakfast/lunch/dinner for 3-6 days in a row? Or do you switch more often? I just imagined it being a bit difficult for people who eat lunch at restaurants (like most office workers do, I suppose).
My second question is this: Right now my meals consist of one kind of meat/lentils or beans/vegetable each (example: beef, broccoli, green lentils). Is this the recommended way of putting together a meal? What's, and is there, a difference compared to, for example, a salad made of more/multiple ingredients (salmon, tomatoes, kidney beans, lettuce, cucumber, avocado, etc.)? Has anybody tried to compare the two?
Your opinions are appreciated,
Rafa
