Eggs are protein rich and healthy a healthy food most of the time, but eating it often may increase your cholesterol level, eating in moderation is advised. This recipe is simple and delicious it takes a short time to prepare and cook. This simple recipe is great for gatherings and parties. Organic eggs would be best for this recipe since it taste much better and are healthier.
Here are the Ingredients:
Eight hard boiled eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Parsley or Paprika
two to three spoonfuls of mayonnaise
A sprinkle of Cayenne pepper (optional)
Procedure:
1. Remove the shells of the eggs
2. Slice the eggs in lengthwise manner down the center
3. Carefully remove the yolk with spoon making sure you do not damage the white part.
4. Place all yolks into a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and Cayenne pepper.
5. Put back the mixture in the sliced egg. Top with Paprika or Parsley
6. Serve
