GO for morning walk
use to eat healthy
use green tea
use fruits and vegetables

Hi Saim,
Great fitness tips and well contributed by Pascal. Like to add some more fitness tips:
Practice yoga,
Avoid smoking, alcohol and other stimulants,
Manage stress with regular workout,
Sleep for 7/8 hours in a day.

For me the most important one is to get up early in the morning and start my day with fresh breeze.
