People on the go can prepare a very simple recipe that's just perfect for your slow carb diet. Here is one sample for you.
Ingredients:
boccoli
chunky almond butter
Turkey bacon
salmon fillet
half can of black beans
dried cinnamon,nutmeg and dill
Procedure:
1. Add all ingredients into the pot under a medium to high heat (excluding powdered ingredients).
2. Cook ingredients while adding the seasonings.
3. Pour some water - about half cup.
4. Cover the pot to let the broccoli steam perfectly.
5. Drain the excess water from the pot.
6. It's now ready to be served.
