I'm a 58 yr old Grandmother. I lost 70lbs on Weight Watchers and decided I wanted to try the Four-Hour Body diet to get myself out of a slump. Height: 5'3" Here are my stats:
I started the diet on
2/7/2011 Weight: 179.5
2/13/2011 Weight: 173.0
Waist: 41" to Waist: 38"
Hips: 48.5" to Hips: 44.5"
L Thigh 22.5" to L Thigh 21.5"
R Thigh 22" to R Thigh 21.5"
L Arm 13" to L Arm 13"
R Arm 14" to R Arm 13.5"
Total: 161 " to Total: 152"

WOO HOO!!

Thank you!! I can suceed on this diel too. Weight Watcher's was great and I did really good for a while, but it was too easy to cheat any time I wanted. On this diet, I just have to eat three things basically and look forward to Saturdays.

Yeah, I did WW too and lost 40 lbs... but I yo yoed so easily! It just doesn't teach you how to eat right, and you can eat your 24 points with chocolate or chips if you want to! I think this 4HB is the best eating for my body that I've ever done. I'm sure that you'll keep seeing results!!

Mary, I know what you mean, I had too much food in the house that I could eat any time I wanted, whether I had points left or not. This is so cut & dried and I live for cheat day.,!!

Week 2-STATS:Weight: 168.5 (down 11 lbs total)
Down 4.5 from last week.
Hips: 42"
Waist: 36"
L Thigh: 20"
R Thight: 19.5"
L Arm: 12.5
R Arm: 13"

DOWN 9" more for a total of 18" !!

Hip=41.5
Waist=35
L Thigh=18.5
R Thigh=19.5
L Arm=12.5
R Arm=12.,25
TOTAL inches 3.75 Week 3
TOTAL 21.75 since Week 1

I had a chocolate snack attack on Wednesday this week which I believe set me back. I know Tim said get rid of everything from cheat day, but I couldn't resist it any longer. I will do better this week!!

Looking forward to cheat day tomorrow!! I'm really craving the sweets. I don't think I will lose any lbs this week, but I feel like the inches will have shrunk some. I weigh in the morning. I'll let you all know.
