Have been on the diet now for 2 and half weeks (first cheat day after 1 1/2 weeks). I have so far lost 11 pounds and have gone from a 35 to a 34 in my pants size (with room). I will take exact measurements tonight and update my post. Because I am lifting weights and doing this diet my measurements may not represent how well i am doing. I seem to be getting bigger and lighter at the same time. I will also try and put a starting and current photo.
Good luck All!!!

Don't measure or weigh yourself at night. Over the course of the day I can easily put on 5-6 lbs and be back losing in the morning. Wake up, do your bathroom business and weigh and measure then. It's the only accurate way to keep track.
I too am like you. Over the course have only gone down 15 lbs since Dec 21st but with my weight training I have continued to lose size where it matters, gain where it does matter and stay a consistent 15lbs under where I started (now I am really underweight). Trying to do the "Final 5-10lbs" diet now. Just started yesterday. I'll let you know my progress and see what happens.
Keep up the good work!

1 week in. I have lost 4 pounds of fat and gained 3 pounds muscle according to my caliper and tape measure. I took TWO INCHES off my waist in ONE WEEK! I have been doing the waist-narrowing exercise he suggests for women every day. And I do the Cat Vomit whenever the mood strikes. Now for the weight loss. I am a natural mesomorph and bulking is easier for me than slimming. But my first week on the SloZone (that is what I call it because I merge Ferriss' plan with Sears' The Zone) I was eating pretty heavy calories (2100). A lot of fat. I wanted to get the hang of the diet and balance blood sugar before going for weight loss. This week, I will moderate fat by eating leaner proteins and lightening up on sour cream, oil, and almond butter.
I am so encouraged, excited, and optimistic!

Wow that's great results Laura! Even with weight loss I've not been losing inches off my waist - probably time to look back into the waist exercises. Thanks for the encouragement!
