Help!
Ok, I've been doing this diet following guidelines in the 4 hour body book. I have not lost any weight. Is anybody else in the same boat as me? And, does any one have any suggestions? The following is a list of typical meals:
Breakfast--since I do not normally eat breakfast, I had an extremely had time choking down food. So, I use a protein shake (30g) in place of eating. I do drink a diet coke shortly thereafter.
Lunch--I generally have a salad with store bought salad dressing which I am very conscience of the amount of salad dressing I use. My protein for this meal is generally 2 hard boiled eggs. Sometimes I will also have grilled chicken on my salad. And a delicious diet coke.
Supper--I rarely vary my supper meal. I have grilled pork chops, green beans and a cup of low fat cottage cheese. Sometimes I do substitute chicken breast for the grilled pork chops and refried beans instead of green beans. Sometimes I have a couple glasses of red wine and sometimes I don't.
I drink plenty of water throughtout the day. I am open for comments or suggestions.

what your sats?
do you exercise?
everything else looks good, might be having a little too much diet coke, but 2 diet cokes shouldnt inhibit all weight loss.

Other than practicing that kind of eating habit, what else do you do to trim down your weight?

REALLY watch ingredients on your seasonings, salad dressing, even the canned beans! I was stalling for a week or two toward the beginning because I wasn't watching ingredients. I assumed that canned beans meant, well, canned beans. A LOT of them have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, and loads of sodium. Oil and vinegar, I use walnut oil and balsamic vinegar, is the safest bet for dressing. Often, I don't use dressing at all. Check labels on everything, and if it has ANY ingredients that are forbidden, just don't do it. Even in moderation, cheating is still cheating and not going to get you anywhere on the path to weight loss with this diet.
Also, as mentioned above, do you do anything else with the diet as far as exercise goes? I find my best weeks for weight loss are the ones where I am doing my kettlebell workouts and getting out on my rollerblades.
Hope that helps!

I would suggest getting in the habit of eating a real breakfast. You should be eating within the first 30 minutes of waking up. I know that's hard, I usually can't eat until after an hour and have still seen results. Also, I'd keep the diet cokes to one per day. Should only be drinking 16 oz. of artificially flavored drinks per day. I only eat canned beans on this diet. Black beans are my favorite and I rinse them really good to remove the excess sodium. I saw the best results when I was REALLY strict and kept it REALLY simple.
