    Avoid high fat food items , cream-based soup, cheese-filled casseroles, pies, processed meats such as salami and sausages, some pastries and baked goods.

    Hi Devin,
    Keep moving and workout regularly to manage stress. Try new exercises to avoid routine ones and stay close to people who motivates you. Eat healthy and nutritious diet food and increase water intake. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and other stimulants. Have enough sleep of 7/8 hours a day.

    Drink energy juice and eat meet and fresh vegetables and salad and drink water 6 to 8 glass are good for health.
