hi i am mary and i am sick of being overwieght
I live in troon in scotland and have over the years been on every kind of diet but i can honestly say my main problem is i love food and have been brought up to clean my plate. my wieght has gone from size 8 to size 18 and i am a typical yo-yo dieter but i am sick of that and i want to lose wieght for good. i started reading the clean and lean diet book this led me to eat clean and from their i came across the 4 hour body. i have read it and decided about 2 weeks ago to do it, but i dont think its clear in the book what you can eat exactly. i thought you could eat cheese but now i am not so sure i was also having my porridge oats every morning [i am scottish after all] but i am not certain if i should be i usually add pumpkin seeds and maybe have a hard boiled egg. i really want to do this properly but it is hard to find things to do with beans not something i used often in the past. i have lost around 6lbs and i love the cheat days but i think the last one i went too far i was having some wine so when midnight came i fancied a cake had 2 followed by a bar of chocolate and basically when i got back up i just ate all day so i realise that is not the way to go. i aqm enjoying reading all the posts and hope to get inspiration from the menus and stories , i am not much of an exerciser but do walk my dog love to all mary
