    What are you eating on your Dieters Gone Wild day? **Read at your own risk!**

    I know many of you don't want to hear about all the wonderful junk people are eating on their cheat day... but I'm #1 nosey and #2 always searching for great cheat day ideas.

    So today is my 3rd cheat day and so far I had biscuits and gravy (Bob Evans Sausage Gravy) for breakfast, a can of mt. dew, a chicken quesadilla and a soft shell taco supreme from Taco Bell for lunch! For dinner tonight I'm going to O'Charleys. I "liked" O'Charleys on facebook just so I could get a free appetizer too. So today has been a great day

    P.S. I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 9 lbs. I am on day 19

    i have only had one cheat day, and I had french toast, eggs, sausages for breakfast, then i had a Lindt milk chocolate santa.. like... 700 calories, and some sour cream and chips/pretzles, and then a piece of pork loin. The night before I kind of went wild because I took a couples cooking class with my husband... ITALIAN! So, needless to say, we ate pasta, cream/butter sauces, cheese, ect...

    Tomorrow is my next cheat day... we'll see what we have. The only thing I know is that I want chocolate. Other than that... I don't really want to go really overboard. I just end up feeling really bad, not just mentally but physically.. I felt really lethargic last week.

    Do you feel like that happens to you?

    Last week I was kinda happy when cheat day was over... never wanted to eat "crappy" food again. I decided to limit myself on the 2nd cheat day (this past Sat). At regular breakfast (I'm totally into my breakfast = same every day: 1 scrambled egg, refried beans, sugar free salsa (on both egg and beans), and spinach. And a big ol' glass of cold water.

    Back to cheat day. I go to the market on Saturday morning. My own rule is... if I don't eat it on Saturday, it's in the trash by midnight. ... so....Somehow I decided I wanted a glazed donut. The bakery just put out plain cake donuts, so I got one glazed and two plain (went home and dunked to my heart's content; felt soooo like a kid). I got two pints of Ben and Jerry's: Cherry Garcia and Coffee Heath Bar Crunch. Last week I wanted mac 'n cheese with pizza for dinner. This week I decided to make cheese enchiladas for lunch and my husband would take me out for a good burger for dinner. I scarfed the enchiladas and the Ben and Jerry's. Then... I had absolutely no interest in going for a hamburger. Since I had tortillas left, I made another batch for dinner and my husband ate some while I had two more. Oy....

    Does your tummy ache after the sugar? Ouchy ouch ouch ouch.

    Yep, my weight spiked 4 pounds on Sunday. DYCD! (damn you Cheat Day)

    I look forward to cheat day but I do agree, it makes me feel gross after the fact.

    I ate 4 eggs and spinach for breakfast and then 6 deviled eggs (3 full eggs), a 4 pack of peanut butter cups, poutine, a massive shepherds pie, 4 beers and I'm having frozen yogurt and vodka sodas. This is a serious binge for me.

    I got down on a burger & macaroni salad for lunch and was basically full for the rest of the day, as happens a lot of the slow carb cheat day!

    Then I had like 10 Double Stuff Oreos with milk to top myself off that night. So good!!

    I finally took the plunge and had a crazy cheat day. I have been hesitant because of how good i have been but this past saturday I said what the hell. 6am 2 coffee rolls and 1 Jelly dounut large coffee, 9am half gallon of snapple iced tea 1 package of 10 lemon frosted cookies, 10am jar of apple sauce, 12pm Wendys DT Double meal large 2 five piece nuggets, 2pm 4 beers popcorn, 6pm box of angel hair 3 pieces of chicken parm 3 more beers, 9:30 burrito with ground beef,glenlivet neat 3 friut punch flavored candy canes. total wieght gain before bed 13 lbs. total weight gain this morning 0 lbs. WOW!!!

    Awesome joshuary!! The same happened to me... last week I was on a plateau, zero weight loss and zero inches lost... Friday night I had a hamburger (with a fried egg on it, mayo, and bacon), french fried, chocolate, Saturday morning a normal breakfast with have a chocolate napolitana, chocolate allllll day, some chocolate chip cookies... mmmm and then a huge bowl of homemade popcorn with my husband. This morning's weigh in.... minus 3 lbs!! Loveeee it.

    Thats great Mary!! It is unbelieveable how this works. That Hamburger sounds to die for everything tastes better with a fried egg on it.
